Her Story of Jesus
“Her Story of Jesus” is a compilation of stories that are written from the points of view of women who encounter Jesus in the Bible.
I have written it by contemplating the gospels, waiting to see what happens in my imagination and researching where necessary.
I have done this to expand and enrich my own relationship with Jesus, and to translate what happened in my imagination onto the page.
It has been a sort of spiritual pilgrimage which I simply had to complete.

I hope you, by reading it, contemplating, and/or discussing Her Story of Jesus, can enjoy an immersive experience, experience a fresh take on the gospels that enriches and nourishes your faith, or if you are someone that does not identify as having faith, increases your understanding about Jesus.
Perhaps you may also like to engage in imaginative prayer of your own to see how the gospels speak to you in this way. What you experience by inserting yourself into the gospel stories may be completely different from what I have described in my stories. God speaks to each of us individually and uniquely. Even if I were to sit down and write these stories at a different time in my life, they could turn out very differently. However, no matter how we experience the gospels, they are still true and that is what I understand is part of the mystery of them being the “living word.” I think this is a beautiful thing.
